Biography

Rob Lundstrom’s business background includes experience in the formation and execution of business funding strategies, financial performance measurement, business plan implementation, operations administration, commercialization of business concepts, business valuations, transaction structuring, forensic due diligence, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, business divestitures, Federal and State funding programs, and international trade finance.

Rob’s career has included executive, advisory and Board positions in financial management, commercial banking, microprocessor technologies, water purification, precious metals mining, solar energy, solid waste services, remediation and environmental services, healthcare services and telehealth, eSports, casino gaming, apartment development, hospitality, commercial real estate development, property management, historic restorations, event venue operations, food and beverage, ballistics manufacturing, site security training services, and higher education.

Rob has been the CFO and primary financial strategist overseeing the operation and development of five private companies which completed high value owner exit sales to publicly held companies within five years of forming the companies. Through his advisory work and banking career, he has also served as the primary financial advisor for numerous acquisitions and dispositions which resulted in high value investor returns.

Rob is an active supporter of U.S. Military active-duty personnel and veteran causes, and he has served as an Honorary Commander of the 181st Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (ISRG) of the Indiana Air National Guard. The ISRG serves a global military intelligence role focused on real-time assessments of satellite imagery, manned and unmanned aerial intelligence, and cyber intelligence in support of U.S. armed forces.

Rob serves as a Senior Executive Board Member for the Cyber Security Global Alliance (CSGA), a global international active coalition designed to work with law enforcement, intelligence organizations, government agencies, and cyber insurance companies to prevent digital risk before it strikes. CSGA Cyber Task Force is on a mission to provide security for all and create a safe digital economy where everyone can thrive. CSGA Cyber Task Force provides cyber risk assessment and monitoring technology to help organizations protect themselves in a digital world.

Rob is a founding Board Director for the Wabash Valley Base Community Council, which is a civilian organization dedicated to supporting active-duty personnel, veterans and military families. He has been a contributing advisor to AV Alliance 2025, which is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting veterans’ mental health issues and reducing veterans’ suicide rates.

Rob holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University, and two undergraduate BS degrees in Accounting and Sports Studies from Indiana State University. He is the Treasurer and a Board Director for the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center, a Board Director for Crossroads of America - Boy Scouts of America, and a Board Director for Hope Training Academy.

Rob served for 9 years as a Board Trustee for St. Mary-Of-The-Woods College, 8 years as a Board Director for the Indiana State University Foundation, past Board President of the Vigo County Historical Society, the Wabash Valley United Way, Downtown Terre Haute, the Miracle on 7th Street Charity, the Advisory Board for the Indiana State University College of Technology, and the Central Indiana Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is a lifetime member of the Indianapolis Ambassadors, a 500+ member organization which provides volunteer services in Indianapolis, IN.
