Biography

Iryna Kaplun is a dynamic executive with extensive expertise in marketing, business development, and community building. With a proven track record of leading transformative marketing initiatives, she has played a pivotal role in driving brand presence, product adoption, and market expansion with experience in digital marketing and as a community growth manager. Iryna successfully spearheaded go-to-market (GTM) strategies, significantly increasing market share and building a global community from the ground up.

In Iryna’s leadership roles, she has excelled in forging key strategic partnerships to expand ecosystems and in fostering corporate growth. Iryna’s skills in public relations and crisis management have been instrumental in strengthening brand and industry presence through public appearances and strategic PR initiatives. Iryna's visionary approach to marketing extends to product launches and exchange listings, where she has successfully overseen critical events such as Token Generation Events (TGE), Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and secured prominent exchange listings.

Iryna's expertise will help CSGA develop and deploy their new CSGA Global Ambassador Program. She has led large-scale community engagement across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Medium, building trust and loyalty through active global community relations. Her holistic approach encompasses conducting audits, advising clients on community and marketing strategies, and orchestrating growth initiatives that drive long-term success.

Iryna will be working with the CEO in building and maintaining their business management and operations center for global operations; and will be spearheading the CSGA Global Ambassador's Program that will bring global cyber defense talent in representing their regions worldwide.
