Gary Edwards, PhD, is a seasoned executive and thought leader specializing in
cybersecurity, privacy, data science and artificial intelligence (AI). As the Co-Founder
and CEO of Golfdale Consulting, he has spent the past decade guiding organizations through these rapidly evolving fields using actionable research insights, strategic communications, and advocacy strategies. Dr. Edwards' extensive experience spans over 25 years, during which he has held prominent roles in data science, primary research, and strategic leadership.

Dr. Edwards has been a key figure in global cybersecurity research and reporting, particularly through his work with Security Compass, where he leads research initiatives on cybersecure software development and provides guidance on product development projects ).
